i got featured!
my little ol' post got traction! i've been meaning to do a blurb about this. end of february, i logged on to see if i had a draft idea saved since i couldn't find it elsewhere. literally just searching through a digital pile of sticky notes. then i see my analytics are popping off. eyebrow furrow, head tilt, click.
well it turns out, i got featured in a neat list with other interesting posts and blogs. honestly, this is cool, considering this is the closest i've come to being "published" for something that wasn't academic. even so, i didn't put in a submission. my post just caught the right set of eyes at the right time. still neat.
i would've remarked about this sooner, but i had a few... interesting irl developments come up. maybe i'll post about some of those, too, soon, but anyways, it's cool knowing i have a reader base, even if it's comprised of passerbys.
